In honor of National Mental Health Month, this program will cover the common myths of aging, barriers to find support, overcoming stigma attached to mental health and nexus between mind and body. As we get older and our health evolves, our mental health needs evolve too. With changes in physical health, technology, isolation, the pandemic, loss, and fear of stigma, it’s more important than ever that our senior population has access to mental health services.
