Now retired, Ann Covington was the first woman to serve as Chief Justice of the Missouri Supreme Court. Ellen Roper was Circuit Court Judge for 28 years and served as a special judge on the Missouri Supreme Court and Missouri Court of Appeals Western District. Christine Carpenter served on the 13th Judicial Circuit Court for 18 years and has been a leader in both Missouri and the U.S. in the field of recovery courts. Casey Clevenger oversees four treatment courts in Boone and two courts in Callaway County.

This forum honors the memory of Holly Burgess, a member of both LWV and AAUW, who was particularly interested in public policy issues.

The event is free and open to the public.
