The Rev. Lorenzo Lawson
The topic of the program is the Youth Empowerment Zone (YEZ). YEZ serves at-risk youth in Boone County, those who face environmental, social and family conditions that hinder their personal development and successful integration into society as productive citizens. Rev. Lawson was one of the founding leaders in 2004 and has been working with youth in Columbia ever since.
The public is invited to attend. Lunch is not provided by the League however you can bring your own or purchase it in the store.
