 LWVUS Convention Download

Wednesday, June 18, 2104

7:00 p.m.

Columbia Public Library, Conference Room A

Voter Rights – Campaign Finance – Redistricting

These are some of the hot topics at the LWVUS National Convention on June 6-10. Meet with your Columbia delegates to get their updates from the convention.

The delegates were Elaine Blodgett, Peggy Placier, Carol Schreiber and Diane Suhler. We went to different workshops and caucuses to broaden the information we can bring back to our League.

We have a lot of information and ideas to share on how to reach young people, lots of fundraising ideas, what studies are in store for us in the next two years, how to improve our social media efforts, as well as what decisions were made at the convention.

Please join us for LWVUS National Convention Download on Wednesday, June 18th at 7:00 p.m. in Room A at the Columbia Public Library.
