The League of Women Voters is where hands-on work to safeguard democracy leads to civic improvement. Join the LWV and be directly involved in shaping important issues that keep our community strong, safe and vibrant. As an LWV member, you are part of an organization where smart, active leaders work to create change in their communities. The League represents citizens making democracy work.

To join the League, send a dues check payable to LWV Columbia-Boone County and a letter with:

• Your name
• Your street address
• Your preferred email address
• Your telephone number
• (Optional) A short sentence saying how or through whom you found out about the League and decided to join

*Dues are subject to change by vote of the membership.
Membership dues cover local, state, and national dues and publications.

Dues Renewal

September 30 is the magic date. LWV Columbia-Boone County would like to have all member renewals by the end of September. However, we will chase you down until you send us a check or tell us you’re not interested.   Check to see if your printed Voter has a “Dues Notice” stamp on it – if it does,  your dues are overdue!
